Cancellation & Auto-Renewal Policy
1. Auto-Renewal of Subscription
All subscription plans (monthly or annual) provided by Nektyd LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you provide written notice of cancellation in accordance with this section. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew for subsequent terms unless canceled as set forth below.
2. Cancellation Deadline
To prevent the auto-renewal of your subscription for the next term, we must receive your written cancellation notice before your current term ends (i.e., prior to the renewal date).

It is your responsibility to ensure that the notice is received before your subscription renews.
3. No Refunds After Renewal
No refunds or credits will be provided once a subscription term has automatically renewed. You agree that failure to cancel prior to renewal entitles us to charge you for the full renewal term.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or partial usage of our service. Once a subscription term begins, you are responsible for payment of all associated fees through the end of that term.
4. Proof of Notice
To reduce the risk of disputed cancellations, we strongly recommend that you retain proof of your cancellation request (e.g., a sent email record or mailing receipt) confirming that it was submitted prior to your renewal date.
If you choose to cancel by postal mail, please account for the time it may take for your notice to arrive and be processed.
5. Disputed Charges
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that our No Refund policy and prior notice requirement are fundamental parts of your subscription agreement. If you dispute charges with your financial institution after your subscription renews, we reserve the right to present these Terms of Use, along with any communication records, to demonstrate your acceptance of this policy.
6. Changes to Cancellation Policy
We may update or modify this Cancellation & Auto-Renewal Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via [email, website posting, etc.]. Your continued use of our services following such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
