Try this first
Can’t log in
1. Make sure you’re on the latest version from the App Store.
2. Tap “Forgot Password” and follow the email link (check spam).
3. Still locked out? Email us—include the device type and error message.
App crashes or freezes
Force-quit the app → Re-open → If prompted, allow location & camera permissions.
Crashes persist? Note the steps that caused it and send them to support.
GPS or geofencing looks off
Confirm cellular/data is on and location is being shared within your device Settings › Location Sharing.
Need account changes (users, billing, etc.)
Log in to the Nektyd web dashboard → Account › Billing. If you prefer, we’ll handle it—just drop us a ticket.
